She is a graduate of the world renowned Protocol School of Washington, the RÉFAP's 2011 Self-Employed Business Woman of the Year and the Huffington Post's Sticky Situations blogger.

Multifaceted Presenter
To date, Julie has presented, more than 500 times, in front of more than 5000, now confident, participants and has a client list of at least 50 extremely satisfied clients that keep on hiring her back. She shares her knowledge of etiquette with associations, groups and organizations; corporate ambassadors at all levels—public servants, managers, professionals, office personnel and front line staff—in many different sectors, including public administration, health care, the arts, finance, retail, real estate, tourism and sports.
Seasoned Professional
Before she turned to etiquette full-time, Julie held management positions in operations, human resources, training and development. She understands what it takes to exceed client expectations and to ensure customer loyalty and an employee workforce that is reflective of our country's diversity. She has over 20 years of experience in public speaking, and over 10 years of experience in developing interactive and customized educational activities.
Bilingual Trainer
Julie is always open to new partnerships with organizations looking for bilingual contract trainers. As a recognized CTHRC National Tourism Trainer and OTEC Master Trainer, she currently contributes to Service Excellence in private and public organizations and to the employability of internationally trained individuals, Canada’s youth and members of the aboriginal community. She is also proud to develop and deliver training workshops for the University of Ottawa’s Center for Organizational Development and Learning and its' Center for Continuing Education.

Following her Business Etiquette and International Protocol consultant training, Julie initiated a worldwide Synergize!
